Automatisering af organisationens onboardingprocesser er et afgørende led i at indfri den nyansatte medarbejders forventninger til organisationen og ansættelsesforløbet. I dette indlæg har vi samlet 5 konkrete fordele ved automatiserede processer.
Receptionen har ringet. Afdelingens nye medarbejder er mødt ind til sin første arbejdsdag. Fuld af nervøs forventningsglæde og spændt på at komme i gang med sine nye arbejdsopgaver! Du går ned og henter hende hos receptionisten, I når at smalltalke lidt på vejen til jeres kontor, og du viser hende hen til hendes nye skrivebord. Du skal faktisk direkte videre til et møde, så det er bedst, hvis hun bruger tiden på velkomstmaterialet. Hendes login til computeren og adgangene til de systemer og applikationer, hun skal bruge til daglig, er nemlig ikke helt på plads. De er bestilt hos it-afdelingen og burde være lige på trapperne. De skulle gerne nå det i løbet af dagen. Sidste gang, I ansatte en medarbejder i afdelingen, gik der godt nok et par dage, men de har altså lovet at prioritere det. I skal nok finde noget, hun kan lave, indtil det hele kommer op at køre. Du har bestilt en kopi af Sofies it-adgange til hende, og selvom de ikke har samme stillingsbetegnelse eller opgaver, så passer det nok meget godt. Du efterlader den nyansatte medarbejder ved skrivebordet og skynder dig til dit møde.

Hvis det gør, er din organisation ikke alene. Alt for mange virksomheder har nemlig ikke de helt basale onboardingprocesser på plads. Og det er en skam. For onboardingen er organisationens unikke mulighed for at fremvise virksomhedskulturen, hvordan det er at arbejde hos jer og ikke mindst, hvor vigtig medarbejderens rolle er.
